2. Principle
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and only to the extent necessary for the purposes set out below.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools, and it stores no data in your browser. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server; no data is transferred to Google or other third parties.
4. Visiting the website
When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically stores technical information in server log files (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system). This information is used solely to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website, is not combined with other data and is deleted when the hosting provider’s retention period expires.
The website is hosted in Switzerland. We do not disclose your data abroad.
5. Contact and orders
The contact and order forms do not transmit any data to our server. They simply open your own e-mail program with a prepared message, which you send yourself.
If you contact us by e-mail, by telephone or via these forms, we use your details (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, order) exclusively to process your enquiry or order. For shipping, we pass your name and address on to the commissioned delivery company (e.g. Swiss Post). Your data is not passed on for advertising purposes.
6. Retention
We only keep your data for as long as is necessary for the purpose concerned or required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. 10 years for accounting records).
7. External links
Our website contains links to OpenStreetMap and to the website of the Lysser Stärnemärit. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider when you click such a link; that provider’s privacy policy then applies.
8. Your rights
You can request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. To do so, please contact info@decocollection.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
